- Developing optimal production plans according to customer requirements and the cost situation
- Regularly analyzing delivery plans, double-check respective resources and available stocks of material
- Load balancing and cooperation with other factories
- Planning of monthly or weekly production program
- Cooperation with production to ensure that timelines are properly followed
- Being responsible for customer satisfaction, delivery reliability and costs
- Working close to the customers and suppliers, within and outside Siemens
What do you need to make real what matters?
- Bachelor in the field of engineering, economics or logistics
- At least 3 years of professional experience in same or similar role, ideally within production environment
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Polish, and English or German
- Knowledge of SAP Production System
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to successfully work in a team, together with high motivation and enthusiasm
- Excellent customer relations management skills
- Knowledge of the control panel manufacturing business will be an advantage
- Work onsite at factory in Mirkow at least 80%.
