Supervision, definition and performance of validation plans for braking systems including structural, endurance, fatigue, environmental, characterization, NVH tests
Testing equipment design or optimization. Test set-up definition and preparation for performance and data acquisition
Graphic documentation including 3D model and drawings for testing tools manufacturing
Data evaluation, analysis automation and test reporting
Validation management and participation on technical discussion with the design responsible
Cooperation with manufacturing plants and other labs in the company
Performing tests with deep analysis to define problems root cause
Kwalifikacje
University degree in mechanics (or similar)
Experience on testing labs and test equipment development
Experience on metrology aspects for dimensional check
Fluent Technical and business English (spoken and written)
Proactive and innovative
Flexible, with problem solving skills
Collaborative, with communication skills for technical discussion and presentation purposes
Nice to have:
CAN protocol and CAN Analyzer (Basic Knowledge)
CAD SW – NX Siemens preferably
Matlab, FAMOS, Minitab or similar for data analysis and statistics
NVH testing methodology, equipment and software knowledge
