Job purpose:
You will be responsible for designing and executing revenue growth management related studies and analysis in order to improve AmRest profitability, secure sustainable growth and create relevant offer & promotions.
Your challenges:
- Sets up Revenue Management unit strategy & actions based on AmRest Brands goals and objectives
- Actively supports Marketing Team in selection and preparation of pricing, menu engineering and profitability improvement projects by providing offer and promotions recommendation
- Develops profitability measurement & drivers standard and ensures regular monitoring across portfolio
- Executes design and development of tools and reports reflecting pricing/competition/macro markets trends to support relevant and timely Brands actions
- Creates and develop pricing and profitability dashboards as well as post-pricing impact moni-toring tools
- Leads market research projects related to pricing, menu offer and profit in cooperation with Insight Manager
- Leads execution of pricing and menu offer related projects pipeline and adjust requests in alignment with Team priorities
- Recruits, manages and develops Revenue Team competencies, capabilities and foster knowledge transfer across organization
- Cooperate with key business partners to ensure best practice sharing
Your skills & experience:
- Min 5+ years of pricing and revenue management experience ideally in consumer industries, digital industries and/or consulting
- +2 years of team management experience
- Strong record in implementation of pricing recommendation and execution
- Practical knowledge of pricing market research methodologies
- Good communication skills both verbal and written to be able to pro-actively cooperate with C level managers/stakeholders
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong initiative, commitment and result oriented way of working
- Knowledge of Power Bi would be an asset
